Marmotte Tour day 1 Photos from the Traverse d’Oisans.
We tacked Alpe d’Huez today and after lunch at bend 16 the Traverse d’Oisans towards Freney d’Oisans
Day 4 took in the Col du Télégraphe and the Col du Galibier
Todays ride was meant to take in stage 18 of the 2011 Tour de France over the Col d’Agnel, Col d’Izoard, Col du Lautaret and the Col du Galibier from Pinerolo – however due to the Col d’Agnel being shut we drove to the top of the Col de Sestrier before dropping down to Briançon…
Today we covered the two major cols from Stage 17 of the 2011 Tour de France the Col de Montgenèvre and the Colle di Sestriere as we cycled from Briançon to Pinerolo in Italy
We set off from Bourg d’Oisans today for the first leg of the 2011 More Than Etape du Tour Week. The first day took in the Col du Lautaret and the Col du Galibier before descending to Briançon for an overnight stay. Each year we choose at least one stage of the Tour de France nearest…
