The final day of our Alpe d’Huez and Mont Ventoux Tour took in the spectacular Gorge de la Nesque and then the Bedoin Ascent of Mont Ventoux.

We transfered from Bourg d’Oisans to Sault for 2 days and 3 ascents of Mont Ventoux as part of our Huez Ventoux Tour
On another glorious day on our Alpe d’Huez and Ventoux week here in the Oisans we took in the climb over Villard Reculas down Alpe d’Huez and then on to Freney d’Oisans – better known to us as the Traverse d’Oisans.
Due to the lack of snow this year we ditched our usual ride up the Col du Glandon on day 2 of our Alpe d’Huez Mont Ventoux week for the just opened Col du Galibier.
A slight change of itinary today on our Alpe d’Huez and Mont Ventoux trip saw us take in the Col de Sarenne instead of our usual Col d’Ornon route. We still started with the mighty Alpe d’Huez though!
The Col du Galibier has opened today some 2 weeks earlier than normal
