How it Works
Two ways to ride with me — join a set trip that’s ready to book, or have one built from scratch around your group. Either way, all you do is turn the pedals.
Choose how you want to ride
Join a set trip — Published dates, a fixed route, and a place you can book today. Perfect if you’re riding solo, as a pair, or you’d just rather the planning was done for you. Trips like Alpe d’Huez → Mont Ventoux, the Route des Grandes Alpes and the Vélo Francette run on set dates through the season.
Build your own — A bespoke holiday designed around your group, your dates and the climbs on your wishlist. Best for clubs, groups of friends, and anyone with a specific trip in mind.
Booking a set trip
Find the trip and the dates that suit you, then book your place online — a deposit secures it, with the balance due nearer the time. I’ll confirm everything by email, sort the practical details as it gets closer, and that’s you on the start line. Because these run to a fixed route and a fixed price, there’s nothing to negotiate — pick your dates and you’re in.
Planning a bespoke trip
Tell me the basics on the enquiry form — rough dates, group size, regions or climbs you fancy, and a sense of your riding. We’ll sharpen the idea over a call or a couple of emails, and then I’ll design it properly and send a tailored itinerary with a price. Because every bespoke trip is different, the cost comes after we’ve talked rather than off a fixed menu. A deposit locks in your dates and lets me start booking — I confirm your exact hotels at that point, since it’s where I can guarantee them for you.
Then I look after the rest
Whichever way you book, the trip itself is the same promise. I guide, and the van carries every bag between bases so it’s waiting for you each evening. Breakfast and a picnic lunch are sorted daily, with dinners as an optional add-on. Climbing days have A and B route options, and there’s a rest day built into each region — so a mixed-ability group all get the day they were after, and the support vehicle is with you the whole way whether you’re flying or taking it steady.
