Each year up to 7,000 cyclist arrive in Bourg d’Oisans on the first weekend of July to tackle the Marmotte Sportive. With an early start in Bourg d’Oisans and taking in the mighty Col du Glandon, Col du Télégraphe, the high point of the day the Col du Galibier before the final climb of the day up to Alpe d’Huez.
