Our package includes the following:
- 3 nights stay in Lourdes in 3 star studio style apartment rooms in the centrally located hotel on a half board basis. The hotel benefits from parking / free wifi and views over the Pyrenees. Each studio has its own kitchenette area and air conditioning.
- A Maximum of 2 people will be allocated to each studio room.
- Transfer to Pau on the 19th July 2014 to pick up your race entry.
- Transfer to Pau from Lourdes on the morning of the event with your bike (approximately 40KM away)
- Transfer for you and your bike from Hautacam to Lourdes at the end of the event (approximately 20KM).
- £549GBP per person based on a shared twin room
This holiday is limited to just 8 people.
Additional Extras
- Single supplement at £200GBP per person
- Cycle Hire through PROMPT.CC. 3 Days hire must be booked for the event separately through PROMPT.CC. Bikes will be waiting for you at the hotel in Lourdes. Bikes must be paid for in full at the same time as the balance on the holiday is payed.
Important Information
- YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DOCTORS CERTIFICATE TO COMPETE IN THE EVENT.
- Entries are non transferable and non refundable
- You are responsible for your travel to and from Lourdes. The hotel is located very close to the main Lourdes railway station.
- Faster finishers may wish to ride back to the hotel at the end of the event as we will only be doing one transfer on the day.
