Cycling in the Purbecks

Just  back from a couple of weeks in the UK catching up with family and friends. For the second week we rented an  old coastguards cottage on the clifftop at Worth Matravers in the purbecks.

We had glorious weather for the week and I combined a couple of days of rough riding in preparation for the Paris Roubaix challenge in April. We were at the end of a 2.2km mashed up bridleway so each ride started and finished with a cobble like “roubaix secteur”  nothing like the infamous Carreforre d’arbre but still a good challenge
