Weeks out from La Marmotte, the training mostly takes care of itself. It’s everything else that nags: the Galibier, the gearing, your pacing, where to eat, what the day actually feels like at your level.
This is 45 minutes to sort exactly that. Just you and me, on a video call, talking through your ride and nothing else. I’ve lived and worked on these roads since 2008, ridden the climbs more times than I can remember, and guided over a thousand riders through them. Bring your worries. Nothing you ask will surprise me.

How it works: Book here, then I’ll send you an email to pick a time that suits you. Beforehand, send me your time zone, your target time, and the bits keeping you up at night, and I’ll come ready.
