Competed in the Masters catergory of the Gran Fondo St Tropez at the weekend organised by the same people who organise the Marmotte event. The 177 km event took in some fantastic coastal roads plus some of the local cols including the Col de Collebasse, Col de Canadel, Col de Caguo-Van, Col de Babaou, Col des Fourches, Col de Vignon and the Col du Reverdi.
For the record I completed the event in just under 7 hours receiving a gold standard for my age group.
