This is the deposit to book your spot on the Alpe d’Huez and Mont Ventoux Tour — seven nights riding two of the most legendary climbs in cycling, the 21 bends of Alpe d’Huez and the Giant of Provence, fully supported from the van.
Paying this deposit (20% of the total price) reserves your place on your chosen departure. It’s all it takes to lock things in — you don’t pay the full amount today. This deposit is non refundable if you cancel your holiday with us so please make sure you have holiday insurance in place. Euros indicative price – pay in your own currency
What happens next
As soon as your deposit comes through, I’ll be in touch personally to confirm your booking, check your room preference and any bike hire, and talk through getting there. From that point your place is secured and I’ll start sorting the details.
The rest of the balance
- The remaining balance is due 10 weeks before departure
- Prefer to spread it out? You can pay monthly in instalments — just let me know
- Booked before 1 December for the following season? A 5% early-bird discount comes off your total
A reminder of what’s included
Seven nights’ accommodation, breakfast, picnic lunch and dinner every day, full van support with luggage transfers, all transfers between the Alps and Provence, and detailed GPS routes for every ride. Flights, travel insurance and bike hire aren’t included. Single room available for a €500 supplement if you’d prefer your own space.
