July 2022 – We had a great trip, the itinerary was excellent and the accommodation was brilliant, particularly the Pic Blanc.
Everyone enjoyed Phil’s company and having made the gpx files, the routes were easy to follow. The ready supply of water was much appreciated!
One suggestion would be to have gels, sweets, bars etc in the van on a tick sheet basis that would be tallied up at the end. We did this with a previous tour and it was often an extra incentive to get to the van for a rest. 😀
Thanks for everything Phil and sorry we didn’t get to say goodbye. Best of luck for the remainder of the summer and hope to see you again for another tour in the not too distant future.
